Did you know that today is World Water Day?

Created in 1992 by the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), World Water Day is held annually on the 22nd of March as a means of focusing attention on the importance of freshwater and  advocating for the sustainable management of freshwater resources.

As paddlers, water conservation is something that is intimately related to the sports and environments that we love the most.

So what can you do? No single person can save the world, but we can all do our part to contribute! How do you make a difference on the waterways you paddle?
