The Bend Paddle Trail Alliance (BPTA) is a nonprofit organization formed by a group of paddlers with the purpose of enhancing recreational opportunities in Central Oregon. Their mission is to promote and establish a navigable paddle trail within Deschutes County that will enhance river and lake appreciation for a wide variety of water enthusiasts, while promoting river safety, education, and stewardship.
The Bend Paddle Trail Alliance will partner with the ACA for the Paddle-Green River Clean-Up at the 2013 ACA National Paddlesports Conference scheduled for Saturday, September 28th. This is an on-water clean up, so canoes, SUPs and kayaks are a necessity!
The Bend Paddle Trail Alliance will also be a recipient of the proceeds from the Reel Paddling Film Festival at NPC.
